The warranty policy applies to products purchased within the last year

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

We take full responsibility for manufacturing defects. Reach out out to us and we will send you a replacement ASAP at no charge to you.

WEAR AND TEAR

We expect the gear we make to last. If there is an issue that you can't repair yourself, reach out and we will see what we can do. We will sometimes be able to replace the item or fix it, for a fee that may vary.

Things we don’t cover under warranty (potential replacement or repair will be on your dime): fabric tears unrelated to stitching issues, zippers, seam creep from sustained heavy loads, non-catastrophic torn seams, and partial fabric delamination following heavy use.
